Funds remain in the customer's exchange account. The software uses restricted API permissions, with withdrawal access disabled.

Ready for the next stage? Customers moving from an active Learner license to a commercial plan begin a new license under the pricing and conditions of the selected plan and receive a 5% loyalty discount.
The new commercial plan starts as a separate license stage with its own billing, duration, capacity and features. Live bots on Learner are limited to a $100 allocation each.
Moving to a higher tier increases the number of bot instances available under the license.

Upgrades continue through the same onboarding and support context, so your previous setup information and preferences remain available where technically applicable.
Each bot is intended to operate through its established strategy logic and approved configuration. Customers are not expected to change strategy every few days. Standard setup and configuration questions can be handled through technical support, including AI assisted support when available. Issues requiring additional review may be escalated to our team by email or, for active customers, through the applicable private WhatsApp or phone channel.
Payment is the first step. Your license is not activated automatically. Our team completes onboarding with you before any bot runs live.
