1. Operator

BotNexis is a software product operated exclusively by ColorShield ID LLC, a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States.

2. Nature of Service

BotNexis provides non-custodial crypto trading automation software. By purchasing a BotNexis license, you receive access to software that automates trade execution on your own exchange account via trade-only API keys.

BotNexis is a software tool — not a broker, fund manager, financial advisor, or custodian.
Users retain full custody of their funds at all times on their own exchange accounts.
BotNexis connects via trade-only API keys. Withdrawal permissions are never required and must never be enabled.
BotNexis does not hold, manage, transfer, or have access to user funds.

3. Software License

Upon successful payment, ColorShield ID LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable software license for the selected BotNexis plan. This license includes onboarding services as described at the time of purchase.

Licenses are personal and may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred.
License activation is subject to successful completion of the mandatory onboarding process.
ColorShield ID LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any license in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the BotNexis website, in any communication, or within the software constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose your entire invested capital.

BotNexis does not guarantee any trading results, profits, or returns.
Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results.
All trading decisions and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Payments

All payments are processed exclusively through Stripe. ColorShield ID LLC does not store card data. No payment should be made through any other channel.

BILLING DESCRIPTOR NOTICE
Payments will appear as CSID LLC on your bank statement.
CSID LLC is the Stripe billing descriptor for ColorShield ID LLC.

6. Anti-Scam Policy

Security Warning

BotNexis and ColorShield ID LLC will NEVER request wallet transfers, seed phrases, private keys, withdrawal access, recovery fees, or payments through Telegram, WhatsApp, or private chat. Any such request is a scam. Report immediately to support@botnexis.com.

7. API Key Security

Users are solely responsible for the configuration of their exchange API keys. BotNexis requires trade-only API access. Enabling withdrawal permissions on any API key used with BotNexis is strictly prohibited and creates significant financial risk for the user.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ColorShield ID LLC shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of funds, loss of data, or any other damages arising from the use of BotNexis software. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

ColorShield ID LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of BotNexis following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
