Refund Policy

1. Digital Software License — General Policy

All BotNexis plans are digital software licenses combined with onboarding services provided by ColorShield ID LLC. Once provisioning, onboarding preparation, infrastructure allocation, or configuration begins following a successful payment, the sale is considered final.

By completing payment through Stripe, you acknowledge and accept these refund terms as a condition of purchase.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

May Be Eligible
  • Verified duplicate payment for the same plan
  • Verified technical failure on our side that permanently prevents activation
Not Eligible
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Trading losses or unsatisfactory results
  • Unmet performance expectations
  • User misconfiguration of API keys
  • Failure to follow onboarding instructions
  • Exchange account suspension or restrictions
  • Market conditions or volatility
  • Failure to attend or schedule onboarding call

3. Refund Request Process

To submit a refund request for an eligible case, contact us at support@botnexis.com within 48 hours of payment with the following information:

All refund requests are reviewed manually. ColorShield ID LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion based on the circumstances presented.

4. Billing Descriptor

BILLING DESCRIPTOR NOTICE
Payments will appear as CSID LLC on your bank statement.
CSID LLC is the Stripe billing descriptor for ColorShield ID LLC.
If you see CSID LLC on your statement and do not recognize it, contact us before initiating a chargeback.

5. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@botnexis.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We respond to all support requests within 24–72 hours and are committed to resolving issues directly.

Important

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback for a legitimately delivered digital service may result in permanent account termination and reporting to Stripe's fraud prevention systems.
