This guide explains how a customer prepares their exchange account and creates a trade-only API key for installation. The customer creates and controls the key personally. Credentials are configured after purchase, inside the approved setup environment, not through public sales forms.
The customer must have an active account on a supported crypto exchange. Compatibility is confirmed during onboarding.
Kraken is the preferred and priority exchange for standard deployment. Other exchanges may require separate compatibility review before activation.
The customer keeps control of the exchange account, funds, API permissions and account security. The customer can revoke the API key at any time from the exchange account.
After purchase, the customer receives onboarding and installation instructions. The customer follows the protocol exactly before live activation.
The public application form is for plan selection, contact details, selected coins and onboarding preparation. Exchange API credentials are configured only inside the approved execution environment.
Payment is processed through Stripe only. No private wallet payment is required.
The customer receives installation guidance and setup instructions according to the selected plan.
The customer creates the trade-only key inside their own exchange account and keeps withdrawal/transfer disabled.
The customer places the key only inside the approved bot environment: VPS, local config, encrypted setup panel or controlled client installation flow.
Never enable withdrawal permission. If a key can withdraw funds, revoke it immediately.
Transfer must remain disabled where the exchange permission model supports a separate transfer control. The software does not require transfer access.
Never share a seed phrase, private wallet key or recovery phrase. We never require wallet access.
Never send API keys, direct crypto payments, or wallet data through messaging services or phone calls. Telegram is not an official support channel. WhatsApp and phone are legitimate for active customers, but we never request secrets or unofficial payments through those channels.
