The services BotNexis and ColorShieldID are operated under the legal entity identified by VAT RO41030238. This identifier represents the accountable operator for billing, licensing, support, and GDPR compliance.

We only collect information required to deliver and secure the service: full name (optional), email address (required for activation and support), technical onboarding data, support messages, voluntary attachments, and minimal anti-fraud metadata (ColorShield verification, abuse detection).

We never request or store private keys, seed phrases, withdrawal-enabled API keys, 2FA reset codes, wallet passwords, or direct wallet transfer details. Any entity requesting these in our name is not authorized by us.

Your data is processed strictly to: activate your system, validate trade-only API keys, provide support, issue Stripe invoices, secure your session with ColorShieldID, and prevent fraud or impersonation. We do not sell your data, we do not trade data, and we do not use external advertising services.

All service information is stored securely within the EU. Stripe processes billing independently under its own GDPR framework. No other third parties receive your data.

Retention periods: support messages up to 24 months, billing records as required by EU law, bot configuration only while your license remains active, and fraud reports as long as necessary for security operations.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete (where applicable), object to processing, or request portability. Submit such requests via the verified support channels listed on this site.
