Terms and Conditions

BotNexis is an automated trade execution layer. Our software can place orders on supported exchanges using API keys that you provide. You remain the owner and legal controller of your exchange account and of all funds in that account at all times. We do not request, require or accept withdrawal permissions. We do not operate pooled funds, custody wallets, managed accounts or investor deposits. We do not offer financial, tax or investment advice. You are fully responsible for how you fund, configure and operate your account, including leverage, risk limits, asset selection and compliance with local law.

BotNexis and ColorShieldID are proprietary brands and services operated under license by Kolosales Rustic Tables and Furniture SRL (VAT RO41030238). Kolosales acts as the economic operator for these services, including billing, compliance and contractual liability. On invoices, card statements or payment confirmations you may see the identifier KOLOSALES / BOTNEXIS.

Licenses, onboarding packages, upgrades and plan changes are processed exclusively through verified Stripe checkout provided by us. Stripe is the only permitted payment method. Any request to send crypto, stablecoins or direct wallet transfer on Telegram, WhatsApp or similar private chat channels is not authorized by us and must be treated as fraud. If you receive such a request, stop immediately and contact contact@botnexis.com.

Before submitting payment or upgrade, you must confirm that ColorShield is ACTIVE and matches a live timestamp. ColorShield is the authenticity layer that confirms you are interacting with an approved BotNexis / Kolosales operator. If ColorShield is missing, frozen or shows inconsistent status, do not proceed with payment.

Automated execution involves market risk. Digital assets are volatile. Past performance does not guarantee future performance. No result, yield, PnL, drawdown profile, hedge behavior, win rate or return is guaranteed. You acknowledge that using leverage or automated order flow may amplify both gains and losses, and you accept full risk for any outcome.

You are responsible for providing correct API credentials, confirming that those credentials are trade-only (no withdrawal), setting or approving any leverage/margin parameters, and complying with the policies of your exchange and with the law in your jurisdiction. You must not give us or any person claiming to be us direct withdrawal access, seed phrases, private keys, withdrawal codes or two-factor reset codes. If anyone asks you for those, assume fraud.

All plans are software licensing and deployment/onboarding services. Once provisioning begins (including review of your API details, allocation of infrastructure, or delivery of credentials / installer / configuration), the service is considered consumed and is not reversible. Disputes and chargebacks based on off-channel promises ("send crypto on chat and we unlock you", "guaranteed profit") are not valid. Off-channel requests are forbidden.

Official support and incident reporting are handled only through secure contact flows published on our site and/or the ColorShield verified channel. If you believe you are being targeted by an impersonator or social engineering attempt, contact contact@botnexis.com immediately and suspend all payment activity until you receive a verified response.

This service is provided under EU commercial rules. Any dispute, including fraud escalation, billing questions or data concerns, is handled by Kolosales Rustic Tables and Furniture SRL as operator. Where applicable, EU consumer resolution channels remain available for legitimate complaints about billing or delivery of the licensed service. You may also use the official EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .

By accessing, installing, activating or requesting onboarding for any BotNexis plan you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and you agree to all conditions above.
